Storage Basket - CLASS

The Storage Basket Class is designed for students to learn basketry.  It is 9" X 9" x 9" and can be completed in one day!  All basketry classes are taught by guest instructor Jo Page*.   All materials and use of tools are included with the class fee.

*Jo Page Biography:  Jo has been a life long basket maker and teacher. After graduating from Mansfield University she relocated to Sarasota, FL and opened a basket studio.  She retrend to PA in 2022 and immediately created a private studio where she weaves,
experiments, and gets organized to teach at The (Awesome) Blossburg Company Store, Blossburg, PA and in Troy PA at The Heritage Musuem, The Coppertree Shop and Greener Pastures - a garden and event center.
My teaching focus is and has been on basic basket construction with many successful projects that can be replicated after class using commerial or locally harvested materials. My studio work is currently mastering the growing, harvesting and weaving of PA grown willow.
