The Tybout House of Handcrafts is a quaint little shop with one-of-a-kind gifts by local artisans. The shop is named for the original occupant of the house, Ella Tybout, who at the turn of the century was a notable author and poet. You can read more about this history of the house under the HISTORY link at the top. |

While You Are Visiting
For your enjoyment we have a nice selection of gourmet coffees
and teas for you to sip on while you are in the shop or while you are
taking a class. You can add to that a delicious biscotti made by
Warren's own Josie Gerardi. If you have a few minutes to kill
between appointments, come on in and treat yourself. Bring
your knitting and just enjoy the moment.
The Candy Corner
In the
Candy Corner you can enjoy the chocolate goodness of Betty Dixon
Chocolates in creams, jellies, nuts and breakup. The
Tybout House of Handcrafts hand-packs each box of
candy to your specification.
Betty
Dixon is known for its sponge candy, chocolate covered pretzels, coffee
flavored cordials and delectable truffles. We have a nice
assortment of sugar-free candies by Asher's Chocolates.
You will also find an assortment of non-chocolate jelly candies and hard
candies from the Jelly Belly Candy company. We
are also very please to announce that we have made arrangements with
Finney's Choc
olates
of Cambridge Springs to carry their homemade specialty candies. We will
be featuring them around the holidays and can special order for your
special events. Call ahead and we can prepare an order for
your office party or special event and have it ready for you to pick up.

The Yarn and Needlecrafts Rooms
We carry quality yarn and needlecraft supplies along with books, patterns and kits on the latest
styles and techniques. We can also place special orders to meet
your handcraft needs.

Kitchen Cupboard
The kitchen cupboard is stocked with the whole collection of
Cooke Tavern Soups,
Lollipop Tree
organic bread mixes & jellies, and
Davidson Organic Teas.
These edible delights are great gifts or good for a quick
special dinner for guest or family.
You can set your table with some stylish linens from
Park Design
or one-of-a-kind decorative linens made by local crafters
Selling Your Crafts
on Consignment
If you are an artisan and would like to
sell your art at the Tybout House of
Handcrafts call or email for information. Bring in
a sample of your work or email pictures. You will need to fill out
the
"Consignment Agreement"
form. the link
is located in the left border menu.
Instructors Wanted
If you have a craft that you would like to share with others we would love to have you as an instructor for classes We can turn our café into a classroom at a moments notice. If you would like to be an instructor call or email me for more information. Below is a chart for the duration of sessions and when the deadline is for scheduling and getting class information to me.
